Quick Hits

Hello friendos.

I was doing a little shop the other day and I saw the latest People magazine in the checkout line. Now I hate People magazine and all of those other trashy magazines with the fury of a thousand suns, but I'll tell you I almost picked this one up. Click here to see why. Time for some quick hits!

1) If you're looking for a gift to give (or receive) you could do worse than the Retro Duo NES & SNES Twin Video Game System.

2) ThoughtAudio is a web resource that lists cool collection of free full audio books. The collection consist of books from classic literature, history and philosophy, and includes well known titles such as The Call of the Wild, Sidhartha, Metamorphosis… etc. You can browse books, listen them online and download as mp3 file.

3) If you've ever been interested in learning first aid or CPR you can learn it here for free.

4) The Sporting News compiled a list of the 50 greatest coaches of all time.

5) Amazon is selling one year subscriptions to Esquire for $5. A steal.

6) Truu Confessions is a site where you can confess to that thing that's eating you up inside, without any consequences. Even though that's not how you should do it.

7) I've always thought that cremation was a little creepy, but thanks to the good people at Cremation Solutions, it just got a wholllllllle lot creepier.

9) Is your sleep schedule all screwed up? Try resetting your sleep pattern with a 16 hour fast.

10) Here are the movies out on DVD today.

Thhppptt across the board on those dogs. I'm still waiting for stupid Watchman to arrive from Netflix. Anyway, here's Good Hearted Woman by Waylon Jennings. Enjoy!
